Lightweight density padding at the heel and ball of foot provides protective cushioning with a lightly padded supportive arch. Thin profile with a flat-knit design fits in most running shoes. Sizes S (women's 4 - 6 kids' 13 - 4) M (women's 6.5 - 10 men's 5.5 - 8.5) L (women's 10.5 - 13 men's 9 - 12.5) and XL (men's 13 - 15).
